The Hypergeometric distribution applies to sampling without replacement.
The value returned is the probability P(k) that in a lot (population) of N,
taking samples of size n, that exactly k characteristic elements will be
encountered given a probability p of the characteristic for any given element.
The product p x N must be an integer, or you will receive an error.
